To facilitate reservations for international guests, please choose one of the following options (reservations are required):
- Make a reservation online using our reservation request form
- E-mail us at reserve@barnesfoundation.org. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
- First and last name (as it appears on your VISA, MasterCard or American Express Card)
- VISA, MasterCard or American Express billing address
- E-mail address (for confirmation)
- First and second choice of dates and times
- Whether or not you wish to purchase ticket for on-site parking (if yes, include the number of cars).
- Total number of visitors in party. (Tickets are $15.00 per person, age 3 and older.)
- A phone number where you can be reached for the purpose of obtaining payment information.
- Call (610) 667-0290, then press option 5
Parking
Reserved parking is available on a limited basis for $15.00 per vehicle. Please request parking when making your reservation. Parking may be purchased in cash upon arrival (U.S. dollars only) but it is limited and may not be available if it is not reserved in advance.
Payment and Confirmation
Reservations are not confirmed or secure until payment is made in full. Once payment is recieved, a confirmation letter will be issued. We cannot schedule tentative reservations. Reservations scheduled one month in advance of the visit date may be paid by check. For reservations scheduled less than one month prior to the visit date, tickets must be paid for using VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Your reservation will be confirmed via fax or e-mail.
