Event Spaces
Walter and Leonore Annenberg Court and Terrace
Adjacent to the Collection Gallery, the light-filled Annenberg Court is a versatile space that can be adapted for events of all kinds. The court opens onto an expansive terrace overlooking the lush landscape along the Parkway.

Frances M. Maguire Garden Pavilion
The Maguire Garden Pavilion is an ideal venue for receptions or dinners. With its floor-to-ceiling windows, your guests will enjoy a view of the Barnes’s beautiful parklike setting.

Lower Lobby Suite
Light from the Gallery Garden—an open-air atrium planted with sweet gum, ginkgo trees, and a variety of ferns—bathes the lower-level suite. This cozy, art-filled space is perfect for cocktail parties and intimate banquets.

Garden Restaurant
The restaurant and adjacent garden provide a beautiful setting for dinner parties. With transitional glass walls and an open kitchen, the Garden Restaurant can transform from casual to formal for an easygoing get-together or a black-tie affair. A reflecting pool and surrounding flora create a private, tranquil oasis right in the city.

McKenna Macko
Director of Special Events and Dining, Barnes
McKenna brings over a decade of expertise in the nonprofit arts industry to her leadership role. In her five-plus years at the Barnes, she has been instrumental in creating unforgettable experiences that seamlessly blend hospitality and artistry. She holds a BS in hospitality management and is known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. McKenna looks forward to working with you to create special memories with your friends and family.
Colleen Delaney Humes
Sales Manager, Groups and Events, Barnes
Born and raised just outside of Philadelphia, Colleen is a proud member of the Barnes team. She offers a warm welcome and a wide range of knowledge for all clients. She enjoys collaborating with tour operators and groups leaders to create unforgettable experiences.
Kristina Petrick
General Manager, Constellation Culinary Group
As GM of Constellation at the Barnes, Kristina prioritizes smooth operations, open communication, and truly exceptional service above all else. She developed these pillars of her management philosophy over the course of a 15-plus-year hospitality career at the helm of noteworthy venues throughout the region. Most recently, Kristina served as assistant general manager at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
Michael O’Meara
Executive Chef, Constellation Culinary Group
A graduate of the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, Michael trained in some of Philadelphia’s landmark restaurants before opening his own acclaimed restaurant, Sweet Vidalia, in Beach Haven, New Jersey. Michael has taught culinary training and restaurant development at the JNA Institute of Culinary Arts and served as executive chef of Trump National Golf Club Philadelphia, chef de cuisine at Jose Garces’s JG Domestic, and an independent restaurant consultant for high-end hospitality providers in Philadelphia and New Jersey.
Jamie Clarke
Director of Catering, Constellation Culinary Group
A Temple University graduate with a degree in hospitality, Jamie previously worked for hotels in Washington, DC, and Philadelphia. She has held multiple roles in her four-plus years at the Barnes with Constellation, consistently demonstrating a sharp eye for detail and unwavering dedication to her clients.
Joseph Touni
Catering Sales Manager, Constellation Culinary Group
Joseph brings years of high-level hospitality experience to the Constellation team at the Barnes. With an eye for design, he elevates his events by focusing on presentation. His energetic personality and team player mentality result in the execution of seamless experiences for clients and their guests.
Cherrell Flowers
Event Manager, Constellation Culinary Group
Cherrell is a seasoned event coordinator and logistical expert who draws on years of experience in planning and executing events. Highly organized and detail orientated, she puts just as much focus and care into intimate events as she does for large-scale productions.
