Membership
Get more from your Barnes experience by becoming a member.
Members enjoy significant privileges all year long, including unlimited free admission, access to exhibition previews and private tours, exclusive morning access to the collection, discounts on classes and public programs, and reciprocal benefits.
Most importantly, your membership provides vital support to the Barnes, making possible our innovative exhibitions and programming, critical conservation efforts, robust education initiatives, and wide-reaching community engagement activities.
Patron $98/year
Patron members enjoy the following benefits for one individual:
- Unlimited complimentary admission to the Barnes and Calder Gardens
- Two complimentary one-time-use guest passes to share the Barnes and Calder Gardens with family and friends
- $15 guest tickets to the Barnes or Calder Gardens (maximum 8 per visit)
- Exclusive morning access (10–11 am) at the Barnes and Calder Gardens
- $10 monthly Barnes First Friday tickets for you and your guests (maximum 8 per event)
- Member preview days with exclusive access to special exhibitions prior to the public opening

All but $70 of Contributor membership dues are tax-deductible.
Supporter $290/year
Supporter members enjoy all the benefits of the Contributor level, plus:
- Reciprocal benefits at 400-plus museums, including the Phillips Collection, Baltimore Museum of Art, National Museum of Women in the Arts, and Norton Museum of Art
- Four complimentary one-time-use guest passes to share the Barnes and Calder Gardens with family and friends
- NEW: Special access to Calder Gardens programming and events throughout the year
- Complimentary Barnes First Friday member tickets and $10 tickets for guests (maximum 8 per event)

Sustainer $550/year
Sustainer members enjoy all the benefits of the Supporter level, plus:
- Six complimentary one-time-use guest passes to share the Barnes and Calder Gardens with family and friends
- Four complimentary Barnes Highlights Tour tickets
- NEW: Private viewing hours at Calder Gardens
- Invitations to special events throughout the year
All but $388 of Sustainer membership dues are tax-deductible.
National $75/year
National members enjoy all the benefits of the Patron level, without guest passes. A National membership is available to those who live over 200 miles from the Barnes and Calder Gardens.

Barnes Contemporaries $600/year
A vital part of the futures of the Barnes Foundation and Calder Gardens, The Contemporaries are a dynamic group of young patrons and art enthusiasts, ages 21–39, who enjoy distinct programs and social events. The Contemporaries’ generous annual membership contributions provide critical, unrestricted support.
For an annual gift of $600 (all but $235 is tax-deductible), members of the Barnes Contemporaries enjoy the following privileges for two adults:
- Unlimited admission for the Barnes Foundation and Calder Gardens and complimentary admission for guests
- Complimentary admission to Young Professionals Nights with invitation to VIP receptions for you and your guests
- Complimentary admission to select Barnes public programs, including First Fridays
- Exclusive invitations to Contemporaries programs, including local gallery and artist studio visits
- Reciprocal benefits at more than 500 museums nationwide and exclusive partnership with the Musées d’Orsay et de l’Orangerie, Paris

The Contemporaries Council $1,000/year
For an annual gift of $1,000 (all but $505 is tax-deductible), members of the Contemporaries Council enjoy all the privileges of the Barnes Contemporaries, plus:

For an annual gift of $1,500–$2,999 (all but $665 is tax-deductible), Circle Members enjoy the following privileges:

- Complimentary joint admission tickets for your guests to the Barnes and Calder Gardens
- Exclusive programs and lectures with scholars, curators, and artists

Leadership Circle $15,000–$24,999
For an annual gift of $15,000–$24,999 (all but $1,585 is tax-deductible), Leadership Circle members enjoy the privileges of the Director’s Circle level, plus:

Chairman’s Circle $25,000–$49,999
For an annual gift of $25,000–$49,999 (all but $1,835 is tax-deductible), Chairman’s Circle members enjoy the privileges of the Leadership Circle level, plus:
