“Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.” —John Dewey
Research Notes
Published quarterly, Research Notes is an online feature that presents some of our most recent discoveries and interpretations about objects in the Barnes collection. Almost every day, our team of scholars, curators, conservators, archivists, and educators uncovers something new—from small details like when a piece entered the collection, to larger discoveries like unknown sketches on the backs of two Cézannes.
